Procomac is able to provide its customers with 24-hour after-sales service, including technical assistance and spare parts and equipment supplies.
Procomac has centralised product management control and after-sales service at its headquarters in Sala Baganza, thanks to the use of online communications and a team of expert technicians ready to deal with equipment throughout the world.
Procomac also offers supply services, ranging from the simple provision of spare parts and the installation of new applications for customers who wish to change container (new container design, size and capacity), through to consultancy regarding improvements or modifications to the purpose for which existing equipment is used.
