The company Plada Industriale srl producer of the baby food brand Plasmon has choosen Procomac Packaging for the supply of a robot palletiser system for its plant based in Ozzano Taro (PR).
The system is composed of a palletising 4 axis robot , wrist load capacity of 160 kg equipped with a 1 module self-centring gripper.
The gripper is equipped for the interlayer and empty pallet picking up.
The line is dedicated to the production of childhood milk and reaches a speed production of 18.000 packs/p/h in trays 6x2 of 250 ml briks.
